Yeah, I often don't practice what I preach. I'm sure all of you know that by now.
Well, it looks like the Annual Weasley Fishing Trip is set for the first weekend in August. And dad swears that we are going no matter WHAT this year! And Draco's organizing a trip to Queerditch Marsh, only he hasn't posted when we're going. I'm tempted to take over this event, but it was his idea, so I'm going to back off.
I think I'm becoming a bit preoccupied with the opposite sex. I just can't stop thinking about...a certain person. I can't tell anyone who it is. It's horribly embarrassing. But since I don't have anything else to say I figured, what the hell, might as well say it.

Hey, everybody. So sorry I haven't updated this in so long! School had me busy. Draco was SO lying when he said sixth year was easy...it's NOT...and seventh year's going to be worse. Ugh. Not looking forward to it.
I'm so sad that Draco, Hermione, Harry, Ron, and Neville are leaving! They'll be out living their real lives while I'll still be stuck at Hogwarts. At least I'll have Luna (remember when we dolled up Ron and Draco, Luna? Good times...good times...)
You know something weird? I haven't had a boyfriend since I was fourteen. I don't know if I've just been busy, or guys finds me repulsive, I dunno. But it's taking a rather big toll on my self-esteem lately. I know I shouldn't want a boyfriend so much, that being single is perfectly all right but...I'm lonely! And I'm going to be even more lonely next year, with Draco not being around to have Sugar Days with, with no Hermione to bug me about studying, with no Harry to...be there...yeah. I need some companionship!
Well, I don't have to worry about that right now, I guess. I've got a whole summer ahead of me. Looking to be lots of fun! Wheee! |

Wasn't feeling well today; spent all day in the Hospital Wing with a wicked sore throat. Madam Pomfrey gave me a Pepper-Up potion, though, so all is well. ^_^
Good news for Luna: Ron's finally given in and has decided to join (well, I did threaten to put a Bat-Bogey hex on him, but that's beside the point). He hasn't signed up yet, but don't worry, he will!
Good news for Draco: Blaise is joining. That's what he said, anyway. He hasn't officially joined the community yet, though.
Onto other topics. I haven't updated this in ages, so instead of catching you up, I'll just summarize today, shall I?
Ah, the single life. I haven't had a boyfriend since Dean two summers ago, and normally I rather enjoy it, but today I am feeling lonely. Dunno why. I guess lying around all day in the Hospital Wing has made me think too much. That's what happens when I try to go to sleep. I contemplate my life. Normally it only happens once a day (not counting kips in History of Magic class), so I don't usually think about my singleton situation, but since I've tried to go to sleep at least 5 times today it's come up in my thoughts, and, well, I am rather lonely.
Draco scheduled a Sugar Day today. Don't think I'm up to it. Still recovering, plus steam is coming out of my ears like mad and it's looks as though my entire head is on fire. Don't want to be seen in public. Plus Draco and Hermione constantly sneaking off for snogs isn't exactly going to help my mood. |

I'm at Hogwarts now. It's good to be back at my ol' computer in the Media Center...
The first day was okay, and so was the second day today. Luna did end up coming into our compartment, eventually. She kept staring at Ron, heh.
Draco's been complaining about the We Hate Potter Club, since now that Cho's graduated it doesn't have a vice president. I suggested Pansy but he said that would make it too Slytherin-oriented and that people wouldn't take it seriously. Wishin' him luck with that...everybody likes Harry.... |

That was Draco, by the way. Everybody from Mango Llama is in here together, and Harry and Draco are sitting as far apart from each other as possible. Which is fine by the rest of us, so they aren't arguing. Hermione came in a couple of minutes ago after her prefect duties. I don't know where Ron is...

I've decided the fishing trip will be on the 31st. We all have our school supplies already, right guys? If you don't, you better get them soon.
I have it all worked out, so I'll post it in mangollama and on the site too.
School's starting soon...WAAAAH, I DON'T WANNA GO! At least I don't have to take any major exams next year. And since I got an A on my Potions exam I don't have to take Potions either! Yay! Sbape would be a good teacher if he wasn't so evil to his students, but he is, so there's nothing I can do about that. Except maybe give him a "teaching for dummies" book for Christmas, heh. Does anyone know when his birthday is? You should know, Daintress...speaking of Daintress, I should finish reading her fic. Bye! |

The party yesterday was so much fun! There was loads of stuff that Draco got, like penguins (he knows how much I love them) and cupcakes! And a REALLY BIG cake!!!!!!!! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!
Draco stayed away from everybody except me and Hermione, mostly, and Hermione borrowed Draco's labtop so she could talk about what had happened at Draco's party. She said she didn't want to talk about it when Harry and Ron were right there and would yell at her for being so stupid. They looked pretty mad whenever she was hanging out with Draco. They say I've poisoned her mind. Good thing they haven't found out they're dating. Well, they sort of are. They haven't actually gone on a date yet, and I seriously don't think they'll ever get a chance to. Snog each other senseless in private, maybe, but never a proper date. Too risky.
Anyway, I got loads of presents, and another party tomorrow with my family (mum and dad know I went to one last night so they gave me today to rest).
Draco told me he has to leave today for some surprise vacation with his parents for three weeks, so it looks like the fishing trip is off. Oh, well. Maybe Hermione and I can go by ourselves. |

Hello, everybody. Like my new icon? I got two other new ones as well. I decided it was time for some changes.
I went to Draco's party, but I left early because it was just getting too crazy, and I'd only been there for an hour! I think he posted about it in his Livejournal...he should've by now, anyway.
Things are pretty boring around here. I've done some work on Ginger Newt and stuff...Percy still hasn't come home yet, and mum and dad are very upset. Dad's even cancelled the annual fishing trip we were supposed to take this week. It's not fair! This was the ONE year I was invited, and now it's not even going to happen! I'm going to kill Percy!
Other than that...very boring. Not bad, but boring. |

I think Draco and Hermione are going out now! Oh my God!! This is SO GREAT! I knew it! I knew it all the time! I KNEW she liked him, she just wouldn't admit it! YAY!
Ron's going to have a coronary when he finds out about this...he's liked her for ages...I don't want to be there when Draco and Ron start dueling, let me tell you that! Harry's going to go berserk too, but not for the same reason. He just hates Draco and just won't believe me when I tell him Draco is not that bad once you get to know him. Mean sometimes, sure, but he has his "good" moments, especially when he's on a sugar high (his defences are down then). Harry just doesn't get some things and can be very narrow-minded when it comes to the Slytherins. Not all of them are so bad.
Anyway, cheers to the new couple, and I hope Draco's dad doesn't find out! |

TERM IS OVER! And I am soooo happy...I was getting a little sick of Hogwarts, to tell you the truth. Now I can enjoy the bliss of summer! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Draco should be back soon...so should the others...and Ginger Newt will get so much better, and more features will evolve. It's gonna be great! But first I'll have to add a counter and fix some things that are messed up.
We'll have to get some new people to join Mango Llama...since Cho is gone...and Harry and Hermione have gone AWOL. Harry I'm sure won't be popping in during the summer, because of the dreaded Dursleys, but Hermione might, since there is no real reason to study and make house elf hats 24/7.
Next year I'll be a 6TH YEAR! Aaaaah, I'm so excited! Draco said it's pretty easy...depending on what classes I get...I just hope I don't have to take Potions anymore. I tanked that test, anyway.
I got a new muggle CD...Avril Lavigne:Under My Skin. The songs I've listened to have been pretty good so far.
AAAARGH I need someone to talk to! Hopefully Draco will get on his labtop soon so we can TALK...I need to tell him things. Things. Just...things. Yep. |

I've got bad news, people...my labtop got a virus! I had to get a new one, and I don't have Adobe Photoshop anymore, so I can't make kicking new icons or graphics for Ginger Newt. UNFAIR! This totally rots. And I can't get a new one, either, until my birthday or something...or...I could just get it the way I got it before, by having my dad's friend install it in here. But I have to wait 'til summer for that. GRRR! End of term seems like a million years away. And the OWLs, too...DIE OWLs, DIE!!!!!!!

WELL...as you can see, I have been absent for a significant number of days. Draco too...and the others...well, there is a simple explanation for me and Draco...he's teaching me how to play guitar! And between all ze other stuff we just don't have time to get on anymore. We are very sorry, dear public! No idea about Hermione and Harry, though...dunno where they've got to...I suppose Hermione's busy studying and Harry just doesn't feel liek going on for some reason.

Guess what Hermione did yesterday? She hit me on the head with her very, very heavy book called Hogwarts, a History!! It has over 1000 pages! Not that she didn't have reasons, mind you...here's what happened.
Well, she was sitting by the fire, knitting another one of those demented house-elf hats for her little house-elf rights movement. Do you all realize how completely USELESS S.P.E.W. (Society for the Protection of Elfish Warfare) is? The house-elfs don't WANT to be free. I could understand her wanting to free those who want to be freed (like Dobby, for instance) but to force the others to leave behind their masters when they clearly don't want to (as they have told her many times over) is just as bad. Merlin.
Well, I told her this, and she hit me in the head with the book. It hurt. A lot. *rubs head*
Ginger Newt is going rather slowly. Draco added some stuff the other day, but we need to get Andi's link up there, plus the guestbook and some buttons for our site. Oh and Cho, if you're reading this, can you start doing Cho's Corner? It doesn't have to be really fancy, and you can talk about whatever you want. Wheeeeeeee |
